Shipping-Exchange & Refund Policy

You can open, inspect, and try on your items while the courier is at your door. If you’re not satisfied, you can return the package directly to the courier. Please note that returns are only accepted at this time unless the item is defective.

Exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original condition—unwashed, unaltered, and spotless—with all tags attached.

Need a different size? You can exchange your item as long as the size you need is in stock.

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping fees for returns and exchanges.
